I do have these days when I just want something green, simple and healthy. And this is what I cook when cold lettuces are not in my mood.
This time, I used green beans, broccoli mushrooms and a carrot. In the past, I’ve put asparagus and zucchini.
I saute garlic in olive oil. Then, the green veggies and put chicken broth just to soften the greens then the mushrooms and salt.
This is not my little one’s favorite but he eats a few pieces of this and ate the carrot fresh that’s why orange veggie didn’t make it to the pot.
