Yesterday afternoon after feeling a lot better from cold, I thought of making brownies. This is also one of my husband’s favorite snacks/desserts. Who doesn’t like brownies? This is the recipe I used this time.
I added pecans and reduced the sugar to 3/4 cup instead of 1.
For some reason, I thought it says 2 pans in the recipe. I guess I’m not well yet.
Out from the oven. I have to constantly check and poke them to check if they done since they are thinner compared to the recipe.
They turned out just fine. I actually like them thin.
