Chicken satay is one of our favorites appetizer we always order on a Thai restaurant. It would be nice if we could grill but for a weeknight dinner, popping something in an oven is better alternative. Here’s the recipe.
The only thing I changed is the amount of vinegar. I only put vinegar to my taste.

While it’s tasty and my peanut butter loving son liked it, it’s lacking of sweetness. It didn’t turn out like the one on the restaurants but it’s good for something different chicken breast recipe.
