This recipe is like chicken alfredo but with a spice. I made it very mild spicy for my kid. This pasta reminds me of those pasta similar to those family chain restaurants like Cheesecake Factory or Olive Garden. But the cost of making this at home is way less and even better tasting. Making the sauce. I didn’t have heavy cream. So, I used this substitute for heavy cream – mix 1/3 cup melted butter and 3/4 cup of milk.
