Last time, I’ve made softest bread using tangzhong. This time I made hotdog wrapped with the amazing same dough. This is like pretzel dogs but in Asian bakeries, they used a fluffy soft bread.
On the same very informative website, The Fresh Loaf there’s a Hawaiian sweet bread version of the original one. The only different is using pineapple juice, vanilla and lemon zest. I only made half of the recipe and went for this Hawaiian version for a twist.

I brushed them with egg wash this time per request by my husband. My husband loves pretzel dogs and actually requested this one.
