I love Indian food. It’s my comfort food. I’ll pick Indian food over steak or ribs. I was looking for pork recipes and came across with pork vindaloo recipe from epicurious. Some spices I got are already ground and didn’t follow the part on making the onions crispy. I replaced fenugreek with fennel seeds and black mustard seeds with ground yellow mustard since I didn’t have them and I omitted the chilies. But it still turned out amazing.

After an hour. I need to cut down the 1 cup of oil aside from that it’s delicious.
I’m so happy that I could make delicious Indian food right on my kitchen. My kid likes it. My husband said this is the best Indian food I’ve ever made.
