I love making pocket sandwiches. They are easy to hold for the little hands. No need to grab and spread the condiments or the cold cuts in rush hour mornings. You just have to put it in the ziploc bag and go. It’s been few weeks in a row that I’ve been making bread using magic tangzhong and my craziness on baking breads still continues.
Here’s my new bread with tangzhong again.
Sweet turkey ham, cheese, mayo and dried chives. I copycat the ham and cheese bun on Asian bakeries.
