Peach Cobbler With Crumb Topping

Last weekend, I made my first homemade vanilla ice cream and thought it will be perfect couple for a peach cobbler while peaches are in season. I love peaches family when they are crunchy and a little tart. This is the recipe from Guy Fieri. I used fresh peaches and omitted nuts and dried fruits on the topping.


I love the scent of the peaches.


Flour mixture for the peaches.


For the crumbs.




Bubbly and browned.


The cobbler is good. What’s not good that has fruits on it?  But serve it with a good vanilla ice cream, this warm cobbler goes to a different level… it’s so good!
