Oven-Dried Tomatoes

I like sun dried tomatoes but they are expensive. I came across with this recipe from Martha Stewart that uses oven instead of sun and gave it a try. 🙂

I omitted the sugar and herbs and only put plain salt and pepper.

It only took about 1 hour and 45 minutes @ 250°F since they are tiny. I could actually eat these like this.

I soaked them with olive oil.  We had pizza last night and I sprinkled some.
