Tuna Melt Buns

Just another bread that has the fillings on it. This time tuna salad and melted cheese. My kid brings this for his lunch and also my husband (since he prefers not to bring food containers at work). And as usual for silky soft buns, tangzhong is the secret.

Canned tuna, mayo, capers, oregano, vinegar, salt and pepper.

Cheese.

350°F for 20 minutes.
