What to do with excess egg whites? This summer I’ve made homemade ice creams and this recipe helped me use some of the excess egg whites for a chocolatey light cookies. And it’s very easy and only few ingredients needed though they didn’t look that good as the one on the recipe. This recipe is from Fine Cooking.

Melted chocolate. I used 4 ounces of semi-sweet and 2 ounces of bittersweet.

I got pecans for walnuts.

Baked them for 350°F for 12 minutes.

My 3 year old could finish these by himself. I’m actually surprised since they got bitterness and he likes them a lot.
